Return / Refund Policy:

If, for any reason (except defective equipment which will be replaced or other items which are not returnable - see below) you return all or part of your equipment ordered from within 30 days, we will reward FREE returns, but the end customer is responsible to ship the items back to us ( if shipping weight is over 5lbs. Thus, if items shipping weight is under 5lbs, will cover all shipping expenses and issue a full refund if returned within 30-days from when received, and if of course still in brand new condition. If any damage is on the physical product or packaging, then a restocking fee will apply. Depending on the damage, will dictate the restocking fee amount. Under no circumstances will credit be issued for returns after the 30-day return period.

Not Returnable: Any perishable item that has been opened. Any item used and damaged by end customer directly due to miss-use, poor upkeep or other personal issues or self-inflected damage to the product. Any order size over the sale price of $1,000 will not be returnable.

Shipping Charges: will not be able to cover the cost of return shipping for any item over the shipping weight of 5lbs. Products/orders under 5lbs, will cover return shipping fee’s as long as item is returned within 30-days. For any item that was sold defective or damaged, then will cover return shipping expenses. Defective or damaged equipment must be claimed and returned within a 30-day window from when the item was received. Any item (over 5lbs shipping weight) that is
returned due to buyer mistake, such as "Bought by Mistake", “No longer needed”, the return shipping will be at the customer expense.

Refused Packages: For any item that is shipped to the customer and then is refused and sent back to us ( ), customer will have to pay full shipping expenses.

Lost or Missing packages: All items shipped by (, is shipped as signature NOT required, and US carriers will leave package(s) at residential or business locations. is not responsible for any package theft or misplaced items from the US carriers. Of course, if a shipment is missing or miss- shipped, will work with the customer and US carrier(s) direct to try to resolve any issue or claim. In the rare case a package is lost or stolen and the US carrier(s) claims the package was delivered,
then will not be held responsible to refund or ship a new order at no charge. If you need an order shipped on specific days and/or times, or must have signature required, please contact direct to get this confirmed.

Defective Equipment: All defective equipment will be replaced free of charge.
